Message for New Students…

Dear Students,

Thank you for joining Mandarin School Chennai (MSC). You have made a wise choice by wanting to learn Chinese, Which is the language of the future and we also wish to thank you for choosing our Mandarin School Chennai to do the learning.

We will try our very best to teach you this difficult language and we are sure that in time you will acquire a working knowledge of Chinese which will be commercially valuable in looking for jobs and business as well as being culturally stimulating.

For New Students:

1. Registration strictly on first come first serve basis.
2. Registration FEE INR Rs 1000/- (Non-Refundable).
3. Ongoing batches every month. Advance Registration must.
4. Limited seats available. Batch Size restricted e.g. 7 to 10.
5. Course fee Non-refundable. Once registration done under any circumstances amount will not be refunded.
6. In case Institute failed to start the classes on time or unfortunately any delayed happened in that case we will shift you to next batch or else not we will refund full amount within a month time. Settlement will be done once written requisition received from the candidate.
7. Regarding payment? Onetime payment, No installment. All payment should be made before commencing the class.
8. Fee can pay through cash, cheque & Credit card.
9. If any students commit breach of discipline, MSC reserves the right to cancel admission without any prior notice to the student.

Student Registration Valid till 6(Six) months.

Students’ Responsibility:

1. Students should fill the application form properly. Name, address, email & Contact number should be mentioned clearly and neatly.
2. Maintain timings. Students should be in classroom 10 minutes before.
3. Attendance should be 90% and above.
4. Avoid absent during the course session.
5. Mobile or any electronic device not allowed inside the classroom. You have to deposit in front office before entering to the classroom.

Discipline:

1. Students enrolled in our institute are expected to maintain discipline during the entire session.
2. Our institute aim is to set standard of behavior and the same has been expected from all the students. Students should be polite, friendly and well mannered.
3. Students are expected to use Institute’s property carefully. If any damage found then students are liable to pay penalty.
4. Eatable items strictly not allowed inside the classroom. Keep class room neat &hygienic. Avoid making dirt.
5. Smoking strictly not allowed inside the classroom as well institute premises.

What we will do for you:

We take our responsibility to educate you in Chinese seriously and will provide you with all the necessary instruction and materials to learn Chinese.

You will be provided with the course material and there will be a question & answer session on completion of every lesson. This will help you in assessing every step of the way, how much you have learned.

What you can do to help us:

On your part we also expect serious cooperation in the learning of this valuable but difficult language. Please note the following:

Need For Practice:

You CANNOT learn a language if you don’t speak it! So we hope you will take all the chance you get to speak it and practice it both in the classroom and at home by listening to Audio-Video, radio programs etc.

It takes TWO PARTIES, the teacher and the student to learn a language. No teacher can make a student who does not speak the language learn the language.

Need For Punctuality

We know all our students are struggling difficult schedules with the demand of jobs and family on top of this class. However, we expect you to come to all classes ON TIME!

If you are late or miss a class ON NO ACCOUNT WILL THERE BE A MAKE UP CLASS OR EXTRA TIME. There will be NO exceptions to this rule. Excuse such as your cousin is getting married on that day or there was heavy rain etc. will not be accepted.

Need for Communication and Co-Operation:

If you have any problems or queries or suggestions, please let the teacher or the MSC concern know at once. Please do not keep quiet about such matters. We are here to help you and will take all your views seriously. But we will only know your views if you tell us. So please tell us and tell us often!

We assure when you complete the course you are sure to be good in spoken Chinese and let others also know about our institute. All the very best to you!

We wish you’ll be successful in completing your business deals by using the Chinese language which you learnt at MSC.

You will be provided with the course material and there will be a question & answer session completion of every lesson.

About the course Fee, you can pay through CC, Cheque & Cash! No installment facilities available onetime payment only.

Fee once paid we will not refund under any circumstances.

Registration valid only for six month. After six month candidates has to go for Re-Admission.
